Villa Keidas is a great venue for meetings, events, corporate days and retirement parties in style.
It’s only a 2-hour drive from Helsinki and a 45 minute drive from Mikkeli.
The large 420 m² villa is perfect to organize functional team days and meetings in a quality environment.
The meeting offer includes the use of the villa from 12:00 until 12:00 the next day and hotel-standard accommodation for 12 + 8 people in high-quality bedrooms, all with a private shower / toilet, a TV, blackout curtains and a balcony or a courtyard with countryside views. The largest bedroom is 18 m² and features a fireplace.
The dining area has a large table which seats 15 people and can be used for meetings, as well as a 70` Smart TV, a projection unit, a wide electric projection screen and a flipchart. The villa has a high-speed 100MB fibre optic broadband and an electricity generator.
There are seating areas for small groups in the lobby on the second floor, and if necessary, the living room sofas and the fireplace area can be used for larger teams. The living room sofas can accommodate meetings for at least 8 people. The covered terrace and the large courtyard provide extra space, and in fine weather you can hold meetings outside.
The countryside setting around the villa helps to “tune people into” new frequencies, especially when everyone is away from the normal working environment. A private evening and the gentle steam of the beach sauna add a finishing touch to the exciting meeting day.
After a busy day full of meetings it is wonderful to relax in the private spa, which has 4 saunas and 2 hot tubs offering something for every taste. It is easier to socialize and share news in a cozy lounge in front of a fireplace, rather than in an everyday office hustle and bustle.
At Villa Keidas you can enjoy the steam of a wooden sauna, a smoke sauna, a beach sauna and an infrared sauna. In addition to the saunas, you can relax in the outdoor hot tub, the cold waterfall or the steam shower cabinet. From the beach sauna you can plunge into the clean waters of Lake Peruvesi in summer or take a dip in the ice hole in winter.
If you need extra accommodation, you can book apartments in a converted barn located 2.5 km away from the main estate. The barn apartments have the same high-quality furnishings as other Lahdelma accommodation and are highly ranked by MALO, a Finnish tourist accommodation ranking system.
We are happy to recommend event planners and caterers and help select additional services. We do not sell alcoholic drinks, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you wish – or even invite your own bartender!
